Ordered a Frosty trying to pay with cash the girl at the window said she could not take a 20 and wanted me to pay with a card they were not busy no one in line so I said no and drove away I went back a couple of days later and ordered a baconater they told me to pull up and wait after waiting for 10 minutes I tried to go inside to get it the door was locked so I was going to drive around to the window this was 3pm no one else in line just then someone came out with a cold sandwich I'm pretty sure this was retaliation for the Frosty this would explain why McDonald's next door has a constant line of customer's

First time here & My Suggestion is that the Customer RELATIONS Service needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. ThIs is NOT A COMPLAINT!Team Member-James took My Order, he didn't ASK ME if My Order would be "For Here or To Go" nor "would it be A Small, Medium or Large Order," he just automatically made it "A Large Order," so I played along-No Worries!Asked him "how his day was going" & his reply was "Ok." I guess he was just tired & I can sympathize if that was the case.I then went over to get some napkins, ketchup & my LARGE DRINK, only to hear another customer tell James that "there are no napkins over there," & as my luck would have it, there was also no ketchup.I too then went back to the counter & politely asked James "may I KINDLY have some extra napkins & ketchup PLEASE?" He replied "ah....ok," turned away & left me @ the counter.There were other Team Members whom just were staring @ me as I was @ the counter PATIENTLY WAITING for some assistance, they weren't very busy filling other orders, the Drive Thru etc, but nobody approached me & another guy with a White Bluetooth in his left ear & Out Of Uniform(I presumed he was the MOD?) did the same & everyone just causally walking by-SMH?.I made eye contact with Team Member-Vivian & then again asked her ref same & she immediately assisted me with the napkins & ketchup??.I then got my food & picked a table to sit @ & also cleaned up a bit-cleared 2 other tables & picked up some floor trash? if I remembered correctly. My food was awesome & as always I got some Team Members Names from Vivian & kudos to the Chef-Sari??? whom made my food-Many Thx?????.Founder Dave Thomas would not have been impressed with what I experienced here @ this store #00013139 today, so I would like to return again as EVERYONE IN THIS COUNTRY?? deserves a 2nd chance & hopefully it will be a better Dining In Encounter. Again, this is NOT A COMPLAINT?, but it can all be verified on your Store's CCTV?.Memo to the Wendy's Higher Ups:Please remind each of your Team Members that it's not just the PAYING CUSTOMERS that are on CCTV & lastly, Wendy's Employees should have just A LITTLE PRIDE in themselves, their Work Environment/Surroundings & Daily Tasks @ Hand....."Non Procrastination Is Key????."

Completely ridiculous! They are supposed to be open at 6:30 a.m. and even at 8:30 in the morning there is only one person running the whole place. You can't get anybody to the counter, the lines are backed up in the drive through and people sitting in their vehicles for up to 30 minutes waiting on their food. Get your act together.

You usually have to wait between 5 to 10 minutes before they all come out from the back room them there take your order even tho they don't want to, then there push your bag to you and walk away not saying anything, very very rude kids I really hait going here

I placed an order at the drive thru, the screen was not working and told to drive to the window to get my total and questioned the amount and again questioned to make sure it was a single patty and was told yes with no mention of the large upcharge. I handed her my debit card and she handed it bak with no receipt and I asked for the receipt and was told she could not get it to come thru. The manage walked up and tried then said it was declined. She then asked for my card back and I gave her my card again. It went thru and was handed my card and receipt back. I told the lady that took my order I know what you did by charging me for the upcharge without asking me and as I got the receipt back they wanted to give me the medium and I told them no because you already charged me for the large without my permission. Is it standard policy to automatically do the upcharge for a large? without asking or getting my permission? It is my RIGHT to choose, to yours. At least McDonalds asks.I tried to complain on the corporate website, but it will not take the store number of #00013139 or #377

Good was cold . My burger sat on the counter for at least 5 minutes before I got it . I'll never go back to the Wendy's in Hereford Tx.

Even if there is no line behind you... they ask you to pull forward. Could be quicker with service but the food was on point!

We arrived at 9:45 and were refused service. The door has the dining room hours clearly posted- closes at 10:00pm. Staff member insisted she locked the door and we couldn’t use the restrooms or order inside. After a 2 hour drive with small children, the bathroom was the first priority and a drive thru wasn’t an option. Manager finally came and said they normally close inside at 8 due to lack of customers. Every place surrounding them was busy. After reading other reviews, it seems we didn’t miss anything. Take your business elsewhere.

I walked up to the counter and the girl just stood there with a d*** look on her face. No, “how may I help today?” or “can I take your order?”. I don’t blame her. That’s poor training and management.

This Wendy’s was out of half their menu. No fries (or any potato-based foods) no frostys, no salads, no ice. And the food they did have was not good. The nuggets they gave me were far from fresh, and the chocolate chunk cookie had literally just 2 chocolate chunks in it. Service was very slow, too, and the employees looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Avoid if you can!

Staff was nice. Facility was really nice but not clean and kept up well. Ketchup pumps were empty, napkin holder was empty. Soda machine was really dirty. Our clerk didn't even know how to open the cash register to make change. Food was decent though and they were appropriate.
