This is the worse bank I have ever banked with. Cash app stops working at 5pm. No perks come with swiping your debit card as they do with other banks. I traded banks and I regret it so much!

I truly enjoyed my experience at this location. My personal banker "Norma " was terrific. She was very professional and friendly. Explained all the details I needed to know very clearly. She always had a smile. Opened my new account in a timely manner. Felt very welcomed. ;)

Yesterday i went to chnged a check and this lady from the bank i believed shes is new. She asked what was this check about? And i told her read its on the top left corner i was like 😱 and she even asked the nxt lady co worker .i mean what kind of ladyvthey put her.. She looks d*** like..when i was at the line shejust saw me but instead of telling or yell "whos next"..she just saw me n say nothing... Her name is mercedes shes short... She gets nervious right away like she acts like dont know where to start.. I was getting pissed seriously...for asking me d*** question. She's slow 👎👎👎👎i give her 4 d*** down

Bad customer service the lines are always long and the girls that work there are loud, unprofessional, playing around and to busy talking with each other and not paying attention to the customer's needs. This bank handles themselves very unprofessional i would not recommend no one to open an account here or do any kind of banking here whatsoever.

Didn't know they were closed and I waited in line for awhile. Some banker just starred at me. Then about a minute or two later they told me, "we are not helping anyone else."

I just tried to use my card to put some gas and it was declined several times so I called the bank and they said they couldn't tell me anything till I say a verification code that I set up, which I never did so they didn't help me at all. Very bad service do not use this bank is my advise. 👎ðŸ¼

Love the tellers here, they are super nice and helpful. A little slow on Fridays but it's understandable since everyone seems to bank with them around here.

The wait time is ridiculous. I waited 30 min in line. Maybe if they had a drive thru. The only reason I have kept the account is because it is open every day, if not I would have closed it a long time ago.
