Went a total of 4 times to get a phone and internet. Von third time a young man took my name and time I would return. My daughter is in Hospice and I was gone too long. When I went back he helped me. We will see if I continue with Verizon. He assured me if I have problems he would help me. Been your customer for over 18 yrs.

We were long time customers of Verizon. We made the mistake of leaving for another. Needless to say, we came back in less than 6 months! We will never make that mistake again. The customer service is incredible! Shout out to Angie in Henderson for being so patient, honest, and helpful❤️
