Went a total of 4 times to get a phone and internet. Von third time a young man took my name and time I would return. My daughter is in Hospice and I was gone too long. When I went back he helped me. We were long time customers of Verizon. We made the mistake of leaving for another. Needless to say, we came back in less than 6 months! We will never make that mistake again. The customer service is incredible! Shout out to Angie in Henderson for being so patient, honest, and helpful❤️
