Most of the employees here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always kept clean and the prices are very reasonable. My daughter adopted her kitten from here, and they answered every question we had. Will keep coming back here for all our pet needs.

It is usually a good visit, but today their employee "interrupting cow" did as her name suggests- persistent interruptions without excusing herself, then apologizing afterward- basically giving the customer (who pays the bills) no choice but to accept her rude behaviors.
Apologies without amends are platitudes. When you are rude to people, "apologize," then repeat the behavior over and again IT ISN'T AN APOLOGY.
I may start shopping somewhere else.

I love everything about this store. The customer service is superb and extremely friendly and of course, you're babies are welcome here ?. Attached is a picture of mine, her name is Mocha and Petsense is her favorite place to go.

My boys (Australian Shepherd & Border Collie) always leave looking amazing. All the groomers are wonderful, but a special shout-out to Keith for doing such a fantastic job each and every time. Very tidy little place with consistently great work! Six stars.

The team at Petsense in Henderson Tx is Amazing! Justin, Candy, Julia, and Tyler are so wonderful. They did a beautiful job on my pomsky Sassy. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank y'all very much.
