“Well it was the best day I went in to Tmobile to get a watch for my grandson for. We'll I was at Verizon for 13 years and that place was so rude I use to just hate going in that store for anything because they acted like it was the worse thing to try and help you, don't get me wrong they have had good people in the past but they always leave or they get rid of them. But I have only been with Tmobile for maybe 2 months and this place is so nice the people are just awesome they go above and beyond to help you, especially when we first came we was at the store for 8 hours, but they was so nice and they really felt bad for it taking so long which it wasn't even there fault but they fixed the issue. And just like this mourning they went above and beyond again to help me again so I just want to give a shout out to these wonderful ladies Shay, Kaiti, Joanna. They are really great ladies come see them they are great.”

“Went a total of 4 times to get a phone and internet. Von third time a young man took my name and time I would return. My daughter is in Hospice and I was gone too long. When I went back he helped me. We will see if I continue with Verizon. He assured me if I have problems he would help me. Been your customer for over 18 yrs.”
