I came in to but two UTV's. I felt that the sales man was uninterested in my business and felt put out by me being there. I purchased both of my machines from another dealer. I also noticed that the owner only responds to 5 star ratings an even that is only a prefab response that is attached to every 5 star rating. Anything else is a no-response. This is a confirmation that customer service is of no concern to the owners of this company. Very disappointing. This too drives my business away from this store to another dealer in the area. Will

After having my mower there for service for a week I called to check on it and talked to a man in service department. He said someone was working on it and he would go find out about it and call me right back, never got a call back. Since then I have been told I would get a call back four times and haven’t got a call yet. I call this lying to a customer.
