had hernia surgery at 7 A.M. went to pharmacy on way home at 11A.M. was told they were running behind and it would be 1 to 2 hours . at 3 P.M. called to see if scripts were ready. was told that part of the prescription sent over by doctor har missing info. called doctor trying to get info sent again. 3:30 P.M. called pharmacy again, this time spoke to the pharmacist who informed me all the info was on the prescription Lipton, but it had my P.O. Box on it instead of physical home address and that she would not fill it this way !at no time did the pharmacy call me with this information, or call the prescribing doctor to get the address .it is now almost 5 P.M. I am in excruciating pain and they still have not filled the prescription.pharmacist was rude on the phone and told me " these things just happen. "will never use this pharmacy again.

My Dr sent in my prescription, and when I called to see when it would be ready, they told me they were calling my Dr's office because "the Dr didn't send his signature with the rx" I thought that's weird so I called my Dr to see what was going on, they resent the rx, making sure to send everything they usually need. so I went back to pick it up when the lady at the window told me they again didn't send "his credentials" I call my Dr back to see what the heck is going on and after going back and forth with the Dr's office and kroger pharmacy, my Dr's nurse tells me "we gotta send it to another pharmacy we dont have access to what they want, and weve never had to send them that info before" they wanted the main Dr of the whole place, they wanted HIS "number credentials" (i guess its numbers that act like a signature, it shows that the dr is allowed to authorize that certain medicine) the nurse said we don't do that. I told them to send it to cvs. I had the meds in hand, not 45 mins later. I had to pick my meds up right away because my mom had been on hospice and was rushed to the er and had to be given CPR for 20 mins so we didn't think she'd pull through. I had to rush down to Atlanta asap (I even got a speeding ticket it was a bad day from the moment I opened my eyes that morning) I'd never use this crazy pharmacy again. They were asking my Dr for something that basically doesn't exist.

Pharmacy is the slowest in town. Called in an inhaler yesterday morning. Told them Id pick up the next morning. Go at 2pm to pick up and its still not ready. Inhaler comes sealed in a box, print the sticker and slap it on the box. Not like they have to mix the med or count the pills. Was given the excuse they are short handed. BS! Theres always no less than 3-4 people when we go in.

Sloooooow service. One person in front of me. I waited over 15 minutes for the pharmacy to handle one customer. They let him shop in the pharmacy section while they prepared his prescription leaving me to stand in line the entire time waiting for a prescription that was ready for pickup.

I will not name names because everyone needs a job but I think there needs to be a refresher for baggers. Today has been messy all day so this evening when I went to buy groceries you could tell nobody really wanted to be there. At the checkout I had a buggy full. I paid and started to the exit. Already had my tip money out ready for the bagger after he loaded them. How silly of me!!! I got a few steps away and he says “here’s your buggy”. I know I looked at him funny but I guess I expected too much. I walked back to the buggy and took it and said, as I was headed to the door, “I guess you didn’t need this tip”. So I took my buggy out in the dark parking lot in the dreary rain and loaded them myself. I didn’t get the memo about no taking the groceries out anymore but I know now!?

Very friendly staff and prices are reasonable but the drive-thru is EXTREMELY slow!! Be prepared to wait if you get in line!

This afternoon we went in per usual. The cooler sections with the meat had plastic tarps over them, but no signage as to why. So I ask the man standing near them why they were covered and if we could get food.

Love all the pharmacy staff. They work hard to help each person. I can't imagine using any other pharmacy

This afternoon, I went to Kroger to purchase a money order. I went to the service desk and saw a sign that said “Service desk closed.” I found a Kroger employee who was watching people self-check. I asked her why the service desk was closed. She said the girl that works it was on break. I asked if anyone else could go there and she replied no. I asked how long she would be on break and she said probably 15 minutes. But she might have to work a checkout line when she cam

Only two, very slow checkers this morning and no baggers. Folks lined up down the aisles waiting to check out. Extremely annoying! And Kroger’s has now decided to charge if you get cash back at checkout. Certainly not customer focused any longer. It’s either shop at Walmart or shop out of town. What a shame.

Customer service is terrible now. at 8:30 at night, no checkers were available. You have to use self checkout which is a pain when you have more than a few items. This use to be my go to store but not since the remodel. They quit carrying lots of stuff that I buy too. Very disappointed.
