“Appreciate yall so much, especially for coming out on a Saturday!! Router went out after the storm last night, called n left a message n this morning at 8am they called n sent someone over to replace it ????????... we stream on every tv, have multiple phones and playstations connected at the same time and I work from home n rarely have issues which resolve in minutes anyways so love the service!!!”

“Went a total of 4 times to get a phone and internet. Von third time a young man took my name and time I would return. My daughter is in Hospice and I was gone too long. When I went back he helped me. We will see if I continue with Verizon. He assured me if I have problems he would help me. Been your customer for over 18 yrs.”
