Had an animal have to be put to sleep awhile back and they charged extra to be present. I’ve never heard of a vet charging extra for a person to be present. They are friendly though

I absolutely love the staff at HACH! Not only are they friendly, they show genuine interest to the pets and their owners. We recently lost a dog and I told them to mark her deceased. Not long after we received a card of condolences signed by all of the staff. If that doesn’t show genuine interest I don’t know what does. Thank you guys so much for all you do for my fur babies!

Brought my cat in on 3/22 and was sent home that same day with medication to help treat her fever. Brought her back on 3/26 to because she still wasn’t feeling well and she ended being hospitalized until 4/04. Within those 10 days they found absolutely nothing and sent her home again with some medication to help with her fever. With the help of TIKTOK and GOOGLE, and actually taking the time to take into consideration all of her symptoms, I knew it was FIP. Took her the ER in Tyler and within 3 hours they were able to determine that it was in fact FIP. I should’ve known with the little concern they showed in trying to gather information that this wasn’t a good match but once she was hospitalized, I thought well they’ve got to be monitoring her well because she’s STAYING there, nope. She had SOOO much fluid in her abdomen and they didn’t notice or do anything about it after being there for over a week, it’s the first thing I noticed when I picked her up after not seeing her for a few days and it’s the first thing the vet in Tyler tested. I honestly wish I would’ve brought her to Tyler sooner to help save her from the anxiety and fear of being there for so long. All I got from this place was 2k in vet bills and no answers. Just take your baby to Tyler!

We had a very difficult decision, needing to put our beloved pet to sleep. They made the process as smooth as possible and understood how hard it was. Will be using them in the future for all our pet care needs.

What terrible service, my dog was very sick and they said they just don't have time and to drop her off and they would get to her. So sad for my local vet that I have use numerous times.

Called and asked if they could take my sick cat a beloved animal she was my little brothers and he sadly passed away 4 years ago so shes very special to my mother and I. Our other cat saround her same age just out of nowhere died 2 weeks ago in my arms it was horrible I did all I could to save her it just happened so fast. Well I said I had $100 and could pay whatever the rest would be later. Well.this rude mean woman wasn't having that. So she says that they are full which I know iw for a fact is a lie. This town has been frozen over until today. I hate when people get intonthis business for the money. AND NOT THE ANIMALS !!!! CHANGE YOUR NAME ITS MISLEADING !!!!!

We love Dr Cavitt and staff!!! I wouldn't and won't take my fur babies anywhere else! I lived in Greenville and still brought my fur babies to her!!! I painted her a sign to say thank you for taking such care of our fur babies.
