“I cannot rave enough about Rayford Florist and their customer service, as well as product quality. Initially, I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. However, the bouquet never arrived. Before I could call to inquire about it, the owner called me and explained the mix up and offered a free upgrade or a refund. I had just chosen the refund, because when the flowers weren't delivered I had to run out and buy some others. The owner was very apologetic, and even sent my mom and I both credits towards our next purchase. Because of this amazing customer service (which you can't find anymore!) I decided to give them another shot and ordered a bouquet for mother's day. This bouquet came in on time and was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Very special and unique. I ordered a custom arrangement with only the specifications to 1) include hydrangeas and lilies and 2) make it colorful, and boy did they deliver! All in all, I would highly recommend Rayford Florist & Gifts for their customer service and attention to detail!”
