We took our 2020 explorer for warranty issues and Kevin was really unprofessional then (Clayton)told us to never come back. All because he authorized work when I asked him to wait for warranty approval. He got upset said I was the worst customer and then we got the owner Clayton)involved he didn't even care about customer satisfaction and was super unprofessional. I own my own business and everyone has had a issue with a customer but it's really how you handle it that makes the situation worse or better. Kevin is arrogant and doesn't like being questioned and I was just keeping him honest end the end isn't it my money we are spending. Be careful getting service at Fairway Ford and make sure you double check everything or you'll pay more for unauthorized service. I wasn't going to leave a bad review until my wife made another appointment for recall that is killing people. I went there this morning and after my wife made sure on all parts of this service. I get there and after a few minutes Kevin tells me with a complete change in attitude to leave my wife was so irritated for the lack of respect in making us wait weeks for service then saying leave. I was very nice about it and left but in my business I've had hard customer ms you squash it and move on because business relationships are very important these days

Took my Ford F-150 here to their quicklane to get fluid changes... then took it to automotive super center next door after, found out my trans fluid was all black still and the engine oil was overfilled and still looks dirty.Guess I should've just gone to the local super center in the first place.

Took my 19' super duty (46k miles) in for a fuel leak. (The return line on the top filter). after I took it for a drive , the check engine light was on. I called back and stated my truck previously did not have check engine light on and I'd like to schedule time to fix it. Service proceeds to tell me it's a $200 diagnostic fee that I'll have to pay if it doesn't correspond to check engine. I went to ABC and they ran it for free. Are they sabotaging vehicles for service fees? Make your own speculations and might I recommend driving past this place and go to a different dealership.

I've been shopping for a Ford Explorer this week and walked out of two dealerships due to ridiculous trade in offers and constant "let me get my manager". So glad I tried one more dealership! Fairway Ford created a deal that was exactly what I wanted, offered a fair deal for my trade and stayed after hours to ensure everything was complete. Thanks for the positive experience Michael!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership!!! They take care of customers in both service and sales. Finding a dealership you can trust is awesome.
