We paid for car wash and bar went down almost hitting our truck while attempting to drive through. We did not get our service that we paid for after calling man requesting a refund or to lift the bar to get our service he refused to do either and hung up on us! He would not listen to us and made his excuses for his unprofessional business He is a big rip off

I paid 15.00 for the wash with all the works. I went into the stall and a guy did scrub my tires but THATS IT. No water came on, no soap - NOTHING. I waited for about 10 minutes in the stall for the guy to come back and fix the issue but he never did. The light was still red so i couldn't do anything. I had things to do so I ended up just running the red light and leaving. 15 dollars for nothing. Don't go here. Please don't go here. They basically steal your money.

As a car wash enthusiast I visit many car washes to mainly review them. No two car washes are the same, and I strive to give my honest review of each one. This seemed like a pretty nice place and pricing wise it's a little more expensive, but not as expensive as a lot of tunnel washes. As far as a technical standpoint I found it interesting that the terminal is setup like a tunnel wash and overall I like it. I chose the top wash package ($15) and wow I was surprised by how thorough of a wash this was. One of the guys even scrubbed my car down in addition to the already amazing wash cycle. In summary, if you want a high quality deep clean I highly recommend this place!

Horrible car wash. There's a man that scrubs your vehicle with a shop broom before you go through the car wash!! The machine doesn't do a very good job but they do offer free vacuum cleaners and they have clean towels out so you can dry your vehicle and clean your windows. I won't go back.

Great touchless car wash. It gets your car sparkling clean. Very reasonably priced Choices of the extent of wash you need. I would recommend this car wash any day, all day, every day..

Who do I contact to make a complaint ? I pulled through there I put my $8 cash in the second stall,, closest to the road.. and when I drove around, I pulled in waiting on the red stop light, it said back up. then I backed up and then I pulled forward again then the lights just went out and I did not get a car wash.. it is 8:28pm Tuesday Dec 7

Sadly last time Ive went, it left smears on my windows... all four of them. I shouldn't have to reclean my car if I pay to get it cleaned.

Always gets your car nice. You have free vacuuming and products to use also.
