I had an Amazon package that my wife setup for return ,unknown to me, for only UPS stores. I thought I could drop it off at CVS since Google Maps shows CVS as a UPS drop off location. But since my package was for the UPS store only this would not work. I did not get the lady's name but she went above and beyond in helping me in cancelling my Amazon return, starting the return over again and choosing UPS drop off instead of UPS store to complete my return. This occurred June 5th, in the morning. I do wish I knew her name. She was the best.

Pharmacy technician(HOLLIE) with the IE not the Y.....was extremely rude not once but twice! I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time because working with customers all day can be a little frustrating towards the end of your shift but then for it to happen again almost 3-4 months later. She came all the way out of her way to take over from the other technician and instigate a conflict with me!! How unprofessional of someone in the retail industry!! Even in fast food it's common sense to avoid a conflict with a previous customer...After reading all the reviews of previous customers being treated rudely, it appears some of the staff may be too comfortable in their jobs to understand respecting the customers!!

Send in the script because they offer the best price, a week later after it supposedly being ordered, I am told they order it, but the warehouse hasn’t been filling it. So instead of just saying they can’t fulfill their job up front and I go elsewhere, they drag you out a week.At least there is one thing consistent with this dump known as CVS, you are always met with a frown, and incompetence with an attitude.

My doctor called in my prescription at 8:50am. Went to pick my prescription at 4pm and was told they didn’t get the prescription. Called my doctor back and verified it was sent. CVS tech then said it could take up to a month for insurance to approve the script. CVS has my insurance information. Worst service ever. I’m changing pharmacies.

Went in this morning just to get a few things. The self checkout kept going off asking for attendant and the red hair young girl kept coming over with an attitude hitting the screen with so much force and just was really rude, like it was my fault the self checkout wasn't working correctly. Bad attitude and was just rude all together. Shouldn't work in customer service if you have that type of attitude.

Very Rude & Disrespectful Man at the counter, definitely shouldn't be in customer service area. So rude !!! I wouldn't recommend to go if he is working.

Worse pharmacy ever! The lady with blond hair and head band is so rude!!!! Literally we will be asking questions about pricing and she walks off and then when a car barley pull up she wants us to move! Also the charge astronomical prices for medicine here I’m changing to Walmart pharmacy! The last time I went here they were rude as well but I figured it was just someone having a bad day so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt but obviously I was wrong!!! Do not support or shop CVS pharmacy!!!!

CVS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE... RUDE.... you call to get prescription refill, talk to someone about something ANYTHING... YOURE ON HOLD 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR then normally when they answer you get put back on hold or it hangs up so you have to start all over!!! The pharmacist is awesome but the workers (techs) are rude, nasty people!... I went up there and called the pharmacy & for over 35 minutes I watched them talk to each other.. ignore the "PHARMACY YOU HAVE A CALL" over the intercom... the techs stood in a corner talking and laughing and ignoring the calls.... IM FED UP... time to change!!

I had my doctor's office send my prescription to CVS in Henderson because it is near Denny's, and I love to eat at Denny's. I get a text from CVS saying my RX is ready, so I go the next morning, eat breakfast a Denny's, then go CVS to get my RX. They have a sign saying they are closed until further notice! Didn't bother to text me and let me know. I had my doctor's office move the RX to another pharmacy. Then, this morning, (Sunday) just after 11:00 AM, I get a call on my cell phone. I don't turn off my phone during church, because surely only an emergency would prompt anyone to call. I answered. It was someone from CVS wanting to schedule me for some vaccination they thought I should have! Unbelievable!

One of the pharmacists went out of their way to help me get a discount on my medication since I recently moved to Texas and my insurance at my new job won’t kick in for another month. I’m very grateful and moved by her kindness and great customer service.
