Blake Furniture is tops in excellent customer service. We are pleased from start to finish with our purchase experience of a Speed Queen washer/dryer pair. When the washer was out of stock at the Henderson store, Angela located the desired washer model at another store and gave us a timeline for its arrival. It came in earlier. Then a delivery time was agreed upon…at the agreed upon time for the delivery, we heard a knock on our door. The two delivery guys were courteous, friendly and careful in moving the old set out and bringing the new ones in. We are extremely pleased with the entire transaction with Blake Furniture Henderson. They have a great team and fulfill what they say will do. Thanks for excellent customer service. Kudos to Angela and the delivery team!!

The manager is rude for no reason. My first time ever going into the store, I was never greeted and she gave me a hateful look. This was about a year ago. She's beyond unprofessional and the quality of their product is trash. I really need to get a hold of corporate to file a complaint on her.
