Im too afraid to share my expirence with the public at this time. Someone needs to investigate health code violations within the jail and many of the officers are abusive and will retaliate against you if you complain.

Co's were nice but not helpful no one really gives information. The air conditioning was cold but the blankets were warm but a lil scratchy. Inmates pretty chill just mind your business for a lil bit. If you act like a normal human being they'll treat you like one. But also they don't really search you when you get there just give you a jumpsuit so that was nice not to have a squat and cough. But there's not a lot of people here so it's somewhat quiet for a jail. I got transferred to Dallas county after being in waller county and waller was amazing compared to where I went. Waller is clean and they give you stuff to clean with and let you keep it. Dallas was dirty AF I had mice running around all the pods I was in and it made me miss my 2 weeks at waller county. Overall can't wait to stay again 10/10

Unfortunately I had what could have been a life destroying incident occur for which Deputy Zatzkin responded. At first, based on his initial response I was frantic, worried that he wouldn't see the reality of what was going on and my life would be ruined. He was professional and listened to me as I begged him to understand what was happening. He took the time and did his due diligence, his dedication and experience saved me from a false report. At a time when it seems only negative press is given to police officers, instances like this need to be acknowledged and rewarded. I can't imagine the mess they're dragged into day in and day out. I owe Deputy Zatzkin my deepest appreciation and will be forever grateful.

This department hired a fired formal police officer M. Zatzkin even knowing that he is not fit to work as an officer or public servant of any kind. There are also many reports of abusive behavior from this department. So, it’s not surprising that Zatskin met their requirements to work at their department.

Apparently running 6 people over trying to roll coal on them and sending 4 of them to the hospital is not an arrestable offense.

The Waller County Jail's address is:300 R. Glenn Smith Dr.Hempstead, TX 77445However, the USPS still has a hard time finding it to deliver packages.

I suppose it's time to get this department under investigation. Apparently they are cool with people running over bicyclists. At 16 I got a month for having a beer on me. You guys are lazy.
