Stopped here 2 weeks ago and there was no Dunkin Coffee made and here again today and again no coffee made. Why offer their coffee if you’re not going to make it.

They took one point from my card and took $18 for a shower, not responsible, I contact them, they see the receipt, I’ll add the receipt here right now, they say we don’t know, we don’t know, everyone is stupid, they work here, I don’t recommend coming here.

Nice, big, clean showers, extremely friendly staff. They were willing to make hot food at 4 am, well outside their normal deli hours. One star taken off because the showers temperature knob is very confusing. Gotta find a random spot that’s warm water, but not searing water. Luckily, there’s like 3 separate spots that are comfortable temperature water, but maybe fix the mixing valve

Some of the worst service. Lady scans me. I forget my card in my truck go out, come back in, then the other cashier can't scan me because I am up on the other comp? Just scan me and have her delete it. Don't make a customer wait because you're incompetent or lazy. Then the other cashier can't even work the machine, saying my card is declined. Went across the street to the more superior Shell and had zero problems.

Stopped here to reset over the weekend. Justin and staff was very helpful and friendly. After we took a shower (which was clean and spacious) we noticed our truck battery went out. I asked Jason for help and he was kind to lend us cables. We are very grateful and appreciate the assistance.

Usually I love pilot. They have great coffee. I travel i10 back and forth across Texas and plan my stops at pilot because I know the bathrooms will be clean and the coffee will be good.
For the past 2 months I've stopped at the Hempstead pilot every morning. This morning the lids weren't fitting their coffee cups well and the cup broke a little when I was trying to get the lid secured. I grabbed an extra cup and out it under my cup of coffee to prevent any spilling on me.
The lady at the lady at the counter this morning, who i believe is the surly manager and is not the normal, amazingly helpful lady who is usually there, charged me .55 for the "cup of ice". I told her I didn't get a cup of ice, but she said she had to charge me for it since I took an extra cup.
With that, I will take my morning business to the McDonald's next door. At least they apologize and fix the issue when their cups break and don't charge me extra for their shoddy cups.

This place is usually really good. Clean. Good coffee.
The last time I went in to get coffee, the lady said, "We don't have any change at all. Do you have seventeen cents?"
What? How does a retail store have NO change?
Anyway, the other thing that bugs me is that they require you to let them scan your ID to buy alcohol. Not happening. Identity theft waiting to happen!

Semi Parking needs more space between each room so you can comfortably back your semi. Pilot in this location has very small parking lots for trucks not to mention there's no room for two trucks trying to park at the same time!! Very congested

Been going here for a while lately the dunkin express has been not up to par they are always out of the cream and the coffee and the straws ect ! Or somone is just not making it ? There is only 2 good cashiers names areMichelle and justin and the 2 managers are always rude to customers the only reason i come back is the coffee when its available!!

If only all Pilot truck stops were managed as well as this location. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, large clean showers. Parking lot grounds kept nice. It's a good restaurants within easy walking distance. Thank you to the manager and staff.
