I was looking for khaki pants, and they went above and beyond for me and they had a fitting room where I can try them on..And went to the back and see if they had anymore..Very helpful ??

Excellent little gem hidden in Hempstead. Excellent selection, awesome displays and organization, pleasant staff and volunteers. So much to look at you could spend hours walking around and still not see everything. Excellent way to kill time, have “me” time, or girls time!

Clean, good selection very nice employees. But there prices are outrageous. You can literally by name brand new cheaper some items same brand I've found brand new cheaper. They really need to work on the price issue. Try other local resale shops 1st before going here..

Walked in today, haven't visited this store in months. Last time I was here I was looking for a video game I noticed a few days before, but didn't purchase it. I went looking for it the next day and it wasn't there. One of the women working there found it though, and she saved it at the register. I walked in and I couldn't believe she recognized me, but she told me they had the game waiting there for the next time I walked in. Their customer service is absolutely thoughtful and amazing!

Now that they have a new location, they're prices have gone up. Definately not like we were use to. I feel they are asking way too much for donated items.

The store proceeds help victims and families. In particular..Its primary goal is to help people get theure lives in order in some way either by counseling,advocacy,legal assistance,or by transitional housing while they are staying in shelter away from they're abuser.
