Best flavor hands down. Jalapeno and cheese sausage, jalapeño and cheese snack sticks, hamburger meat, and boudin are all phenomenal. Friendly service and fair priced as well. Worth the hour drive.

We were given some jerky from a customer. He bragged about the distance he drove to process his game and when we tore into this jerky on a road trip, I understood why. This stuff is SOO GOOD!

I have been taking my deer meat to this establishment for a couple of years now. The sausage, smoked sausage and pan sausage is outstanding. They have a new sausage flavor "loaded potato" it's pretty darn tasty. The female running it has always been super friendly, funny and professional. The place shop is clean and the help there are also very helpful and nice. I have taken a few deer to them to process and always get an ample amount of meat. One of these days going to take them a pig for processing. My suggestion is to quarter the meat up for them, it's a little cheaper and your order is returned quicker. I plan to take them a few more deer !

The best deer processing in Houston!! Super nice people and fast. I dropped a deer off Sunday and it was ready on Friday. They have the most flavors of sausage, about anything you can think of. A great experience!!

What a great group of people. Fastest turn around time I’ve had on getting my deer processed by far. Service, quality, and flavor profiles are incredible. If you have not already you have to give Arnold’s a try!They have quickly become my favorite.

This is my 1st time using Arnold processor for my deer meat. I’ll give my honest opinion here and hope this helps based on my 1st time experience on their Smoked Jalapeño Jack Cheese Linked Sausage.
Price - It was in line with current market. Processing in general has gotten high, but hasn’t everything…
Packaging - Links were like I like them, individually vacuumed packaged. All meat was frozen when I collected it and in a crate labeled my meat. I felt confident that this was my meat, and it had not been mixed.
Time - Was very quick to process my meat.
As soon as I got home I tried some. Opening the vacuum bag the smoke smell was amazing. As I cut the sausage the jack cheese chunks were all throughout in nearly every 3/4” slice.
