Best flavor hands down. Jalapeno and cheese sausage, jalapeño and cheese snack sticks, hamburger meat, and boudin are all phenomenal. Friendly service and fair priced as well. Worth the hour drive.

We were given some jerky from a customer. He bragged about the distance he drove to process his game and when we tore into this jerky on a road trip, I understood why. This stuff is SOO GOOD!

Cannot express enough how great the sauage is..I have been to many processors and one compares to this company...I will diffently keep coming back to have deer processed.
