My wife and I adopted our dog Crockett 9 months ago from a shelter. Crockett is a Catahoula Leopard Cur and Pit Bull mix "Pitahoula". He is 2 years old and a ball of energy. We tried to give him a bath ourselves unsuccessfully. We brought him Joann's in hopes that they could bathe him. The young ladies there were successful. Now when it's bath time, he is ready to go. They worked a miracle. Very nice folks! Dog Whisperers.

Took my English massive there while I had surgery got out of hospital on a Friday they charged another $25 to pick it up on Saturday the dog was covered in dog urine and had lost a lot of weight they didn't even offer to wash him no telling when the last time he was let out cause he is well house broke I drove a hour to take him there would have been just as well to leave him in kennel at home outside

My Bella was a matted mess and they did a wonderful job cleaning her up and they gave her a nice haircut. The staff was very nice and professional. I will definitely be bringing Bella back.

We have used JoAnns Four Paw ? Shop for years! She is SUPER great with our baby! He never minds going for his groomings!! She is SO sweet and I totally trust her with our baby!! Definitely 5 Stars!!?????

Worst haircut ever on my little dog all gapped up cut hair where she wasn't told to cut hair on legs all different lengths when she shaved belly she cut her I didn't even tell her to shave belly face is all cut wrong wouldn't recommend her to anyone Cathy Washington I should not have even paid her also her toenails all jacked up

The BEST groomer in the area! We have two dogs, one with anxiety issues (so much so, he refused to leave the kennel at Petco and they weren't able to finish his grooming). Jo Ann agreed to kennel our dogs together, which made a huge difference in Tuff's comfort level. Both dogs looked amazing, and neither were traumatized from the experience.

Great ladies. Very affordable! My Pomeranian has a double coat and he is always so happy to have it cut off! Never had an issue here.

I liked that I didn't need an appointment for just a nail trim for my dog. But I didn't like that there were dogs running around loose inside. Not all pets get along.
