I love this Walmart. it's always well stocked, there's always a sweet greeter in the front and one day especially I had the pleasure of meeting an associate named Ehsan. He helped me with printing out some birthday cards I premade at home. He offered to trim the access paper off the photos and even educated me on some of the services walmart's photo area had to offer. (Which if you've ever been to Walmart it's very rare to find help let alone someone who knows the equipment or services in the department). I thanked him so much because no one had ever been able to answer my questions and thanks to him I will be returning to purchase some canvas photos. I want to thank you once again Mr. Ehsan for the time you took with me to make sure I received a full experience and providing exquisite customer service.

Customer service with a smile? Is that too much to ask on a Sunday morning? I guess the values of quality customer service have just left some. I came in to get a few items which I found. Went up to the cash register where "D" (first letter only) was waiting. Do I get any kind of acknowledgement or good morning? Not a word. And this is someone with 25 years service on her name tag. When you are part of customer service you wear the smile and make the customer feel like they are appreciated. Sad sad sad. Stars are only for getting what I needed.

One of the best Wal-Marts I've been to in a while. Well stocked, well lit, the parking lot's not trashed. Employees are slow, but I go to the self-checkout and get around that little speed bump.
