“Called for same day appt; my dog was vomiting and had not eaten in 2 days. Although they had a full schedule with surgery appts, they asked me to drop my dog so they could see her between appts. Did lab work and sent her home with prescriptions. All good now. Hooves and paws saved me from having to go to an emergency clinic. Wonderful and caring service!”
“I’ve been going to this vet for the last 2 years and they have been amazing. At my dogs last vet they made him take pills to drug him before appointments but at GNWH he’s never needed that. They have worked with him so amazingly since the beginning. He needs no medications and they are able to do everything! Dr.Johnson has been great to work with!”
“I was referred to South Texas Ophthalmology by my vet in Austin to look at a mass growing on my dog’s eye. Dr. Greller was great. He was able to remove the mass on my dog’s eye the same day of my initial appointment. He spent time explaining the diagnosis and going over my options for how to proceed. He was able to ease my concerns over putting my almost 14 year old Labrador retriever under anesthesia. I knew I was leaving her in good hands! They sent me a text update right before her procedure started to let me know she was doing great and called me right as she woke up to let me know everything went successfully. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my dog, Belle!”
“Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Edmund Meier for a well check on a Dream A Dream puppy. It was a 2 hour drive for us to meet one of our customers there and it was worth every minute to meet a professional, good hearted and caring vet. We have been in the canine industry for over 40 years and the good ones are hard to find. An asset to the Veterinarian field. Highly recommend.”

“Brought my new kitty here for her initial shots and wellness exam. I made an appointment prior so I was expected and we were seen promptly. They took care of her and I was asked questions from the vet to ensure I was keeping her lol I guess. It kinda felt like an interview but I understand why. Anyway, I plan on scheduling my kitty for a spay appointment soon. Great place for initial exams and shots at lower cost.”

“I can’t say enough about San Aerobic, I was referred by a neighbor when I had a septic emergency. We had just moved in weeks earlier and had another company come out initially took them 3 days to get out and then they did some type of temp fix because not even 12 hours later it was alarming again. I called San aerobic and the woman on the phone heard the panic in my voice and made sure the tech got out there same day, as the previous company had given me another 3 day turn around. Casey came out fixed the issue explained to my husband what was wrong and what the alarms meant. We signed a service contract that day. The level of costumer service and professionalism is amazing. We’ve since been able to call Casey personally any time we have had a question and he has answered with out fail!”

“Blue Cross Pet Clinic always takes excellent care of my dogs, and shows care and concern when I discuss issues. I trust them with all 5 of my sweet babies. I absolutely love Blue Cross Pet Clinic, and all of their staff. Dr. Beissner and Dr. Cousins take such great care of my five dogs, and are always very kind and reassuring. Karie, Teresa and Debra are always so busy taking care of everything, and yet they always have a moment to say hello. I get phone call reminders from Teresa for appointments, and I always know her voice immediately. When I have medication requests/refills, Jr calls me back to let me know the status and is always very kind as well. I appreciate and value this clinic, very much.”
“If you have a sick cat there is no better place to take your baby than to Dr. Leland. As we millennials say, I would die 4 her lol. My cat has had the worst luck with vets that were either not as experienced with cats as Dr. Leland is or didn’t seem to care to actually investigate my cats issues truly unless she was gasping for air or at death’s door. Tiger is barely 6 pounds and has had chronic lung issues for years. 3 vets and 3 years of searching for someone who truly cared enough to actually try and save my cat and not let her condition continue to worsen with no hope. She is extremely thorough, constantly adding to her repertoire of knowledge on feline diseases, caring, thoughtful, and amazing at what she does. I really cannot write enough about her. She called me after reading a new book specifically about my cats symptoms from a local feline expert and we now have about 5 new things to try that not a single other vet ever once mentioned. And things I can do in her day to day environment as well to try to aid those more medically based things we’ll be attempting. She’s a very special vet and if you’re a smart cat owner you will take your baby to her.”
“I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years. I always have positive experiences with them, they are very helpful, kind, and thorough. I really like that they check you out in the exam room so you’re not moving around a bunch and this helps my cat stay more calm. They also helped get my cat some medicine I can give her before her appointment so she’s not as nervous and this helps a ton. I am so grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them to everyone!”

“Dr. Shannon is the best veterinarian we have ever had. We have a whole zoo at our house, and we trust her with each of our furry family members.
We’ve had our pets go through highs and true lows, and each time we’ve been more than comfortable with their care in Dr. Shannon’s hands. You can tell she loves what she does as well as each of her patients. She goes above and beyond, will literally get on the floor with your pet to make them comfortable, and has kind and patient energy.
We hope we’re able to continue care with her as long as we live in San Antonio. :)”
“My cat needed treatment that day. They happened to have an available appointment & I grabbed it. Checking in was easy as they had gotten copies of his records from his regular vet. His treatment plan was tweaked to one which I could afford . Plus they provided a free initial office visit for new comers. The clinic was clean and the employees were caring & considerate. I was informed of the treatment with explanations given throughout our visit. I appreciated Dr. Wilson & his clinic & would recommend them for your pet’s needs. They also gave me a free initial flea treatment, which was a treat.”

“I get emotional when I think of or interact with any of the humans at Boerne Stage Vet. Last year, they helped me give a beautiful end of life passage at home for my 14 year old greyhound lily. “Our Senior dog (Scooter) has been with Banfield since he was a puppy 16 years today. When we arrive I am always greeted and checked in right away. The staff are always friendly and ask me if I have questions or concerns. All the vets over the years treat Scooter with care and love. Now that he's older the vets give him a room to wait in so he's comfortable. Best decision I made signing up with Banfield they are 100% pet lovers and want the best for our loving pets. Definitely would recommend their services.”
