“Jenn is amazing! I went in looking for a new pair of running shoes after moving to the area and multiple injury issues with my old pair. Jenn was incredibly patient and knowledgeable testing my feet, pronation and how I walk/ran. The first pair of shoes she suggested were literally the best pair of shoes I’ve ever felt and perfect for me. I did try on others to be safe. But am extremely impressed how she nailed it first try on what would be perfect for me. I ran collegiately and have never talked to someone so knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right shoe. “First of all I would like to say that my daughter and I arrived when the store was just minutes away from closing. We were greeted by Elena who offered to help both my daughter and I find the perfect bra. She sized both of us and gave us our measurements. She then picked out different bra styles for us with the matching panty/thong. I was genuinely grateful for her patience and all the knowledge she had regarding their products and what items they had available. Both my daughter and I walked out of the store with 3 bags full of bras, under garments, body spray, perfume and jogging suits. “Buying shoes is not easy as my feet present quite the challenge. I generally purchase one pair of good, solid shoes that fit well and wear them until they give up. Yesterday, we entered this NB store & had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany. I explained the issues and by her responses we could tell she had listened, understood & knew what was needed. After obtaining a really good measurement of each foot, she came back with 3 pairs of shoes. She was so patient with me as I gave each pair a try and some pairs a second try. I found my new shoes. Thank you Tiffany!!”
“We went to get cleats for my 13 yo. There is a great selection and the owner is absolutely wonderful! So helpful and kind and his love of soccer flows! My son had such a nice time just being there and declared we’d go there any time he needed something. We live in Southtown so it’s far for us but worth the drive.”

“Shaolin West SA is a place I highly recommend. Master Rick will welcome you with open arms and let you learn Kung Fu & Tai Chi at your own pace, no pressure. He also educates us about the lore of these arts, being more than just self defense. Tai Chi can create harmony between the mind & body. Given that it’s one of the lesser known arts is what makes it unique. They also make the kid’s and sparring classes fun. Definitely an awesome place to learn martial arts, do try it out.”

They have tons of options to choose from, the pricing is fair and the quality of the products is top notch.”

“I go through SA every few months, and my only stop is Bass Pro. If there isn't a national shortage on an item, they have it in stock. Each time I find what I need plus I usually leave with 1 or 2 things I didn't know I needed :) When I ask associates a product question, they are always knowledgeable but have gotten someone to come help me because they might be essentially experts in the area. Also, I frequently will ask where an item is because both the store and on-hand inventory are so large. Each time, their smile and kindness stand out. The customer service is A+++!”

I am a retail manager as well and this location has awesome customer service and they work to have satisfied customers. The public can be hard to deal with considering we live in a helpless "me" generation and from what I have seen this location does a great job with their customer service.”
