“I recently went to this UPS Store and had the pleasure of being helped by this lovely guy with curly hair I think. His name tag said ‘trainee’ so I’m guessing he’s new, but honestly, he handled things fast. He saw me struggling with heavy boxes I was carrying and didn’t hesitate to open the door for me. He even offered to help me out when I was in a rush, and I was impressed by how quickly he got everything done for me. Not only that, but he was multitasking at once and still made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their job and the people they’re helping.”

I told him I needed to overnight a letter and he advised that I only had 5 mins. He quickly and efficiently conducted business and I left a very happy person. FYI folks, if you need to overnight a letter, this location is the latest FedEx that sends overnights other than the busy FedEx by the airport. The latest you can send overnight at I-10 is 7pm. Walked right back in and explained the situation, told them that they could even keep the shipping cost and that I just wanted my laptop back. They were able to get me back my laptop AND refunded me the shipping costs. Couldn’t be more thankful, will definitely be returning.”
“I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”

“First off, this review is for this store location, not the company overall. (The company overall would be 2-3 stars at best). I've had a number of experiences with this store, due to various things that bring up the need for shipping or office services. This includes quick photos for when I was applying for my CPA license, done easily and fast, printing out of various e-mails and items I needed to get into test centers, done easily and fast, a crazy shipment for my day job where we literally carted in over 100 laptops in the early stages of COVID-19....handled easily and fast, going in just tonight b/c I'm trying to get details on moving boxes I ordered shipped via FedEx and the website decides I don't exist anymore...once again, handled easily and fast. I've gotten nothing but great customer service here, time and time again. While I won't be able to use this store much in the near future (I'm moving way too far away for that to be possible)...I'd still recommend them for anybody in the area. Time and again customer service has been fast, friendly, and efficient.”

“I hope this helps others.This is an access point inside the micheals store. They can help you return your items at the register as long as it has a UPS label on it. The label NEEDS to say UPS on it. Any other labels and barcodes that do not have UPS on them will not work and will need to be taken to an actual UPS store.”
