This place is outrageous!They don’t have to rip people for food, i get it is outside the city but the last they concern is how much you pay, last time i buy or stop stop this expensive ridiculous place and FYI the tacos are very small not even wort the cost

Alot of items are overpriced by as much as three times the amount. And I've actually been told that its a convince fee. This is in no way a knock on the employees. I understand some markup cause it is in the country and a gas station, basically this is a money grab by the owners.

Clean well maintained gas station. Restroom was clean and has baby change station. They had a beer cave too, not a drinker but it looked cool, haven’t seen one in a gas station

Their beer is way over priced almost 50% more than any place located farther out...they have the feel of desperation...stay away!

This place used to have good items and now it’s more aimed for a elderly woman. It’s inconvenient to think you can get something that you’ve been able to get in the past and is easily readily available and nope not here anymore.

They ruined my deer cape that I told them I was gonna shoulder mount.The meat possessing was double what I had ever paid before. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

This is a terrific little store. It has great food, to buy, and even a handful of gifts. The store was really clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I came back because they were really inviting. They have really good coffee as well. There is plenty of parking. And we got a quick very clean restroom break in there as well. It's a great place to pop into, I'll be back.

These guys have changed ownership recently and they are not like their predecessors. I'll just make it easy: - Their meat selection isn't fresh or varied - Their prices are higher than the other Schotts down by OConnor HS by about 10%-25% - Their service is okay, nothing to write home about...but when I went in one day last Fall, I noticed the meet was turning and the guy behind the counter had to take it out and he agreed and removed it. I should have to tell these guys this. - The meat quality I feel is 3/5 when I fry/grill/smoke it. The other Schotts get me a better tasting meat - There's too much drama at this location. Seems every time I walk in there's drama between neighbors, owners, local residents, etc. I don't like feeling like I'm in a barbershop hearing gossip. It seems the conversations are taking place back in the 80's. This area has grown and it's not the same as it was back then. No one caress about the drama. There was even a drunk guy who spilled gasoline all over the ground a while back and the cashier was telling me how drunk they were that night and she knew him by name. Drove off drunk, didn't it for gas...no cops ever called. Just amazes me as a resident allowing people to be irresponsible. Anyway, that's my review. I shop here when in a pinch, but if I've got time, I'll drive to the Schotts by OConnor for the better product and service.

Decided to give the new Schotts a try. Dropped off a small axis December 2nd, was told 2-3 weeks. Didn’t realize at the time they didn’t give itemized estimate up front like previous ownership did- it’s nice to know what to expect. It’s the holidays so we’re patient.. 5 weeks later we call- “it’ll be ready next week”. Next week (6 weeks later) we call, “it’ll be ready next week”. I voice my frustration and they tell me they’ll expedite it. Pick up today and look at my bill- $

They wouldn’t renew the lease for the original Schotts Meat Market so that they could open their own and try to confuse people by implying same people. Have screen shot of banner that said reopening Schotts so no; I will follow the original several miles to be loyal to the true original Schotts Meat Market! Will never support this store, market or Taxidermist as we use to always recommended before.
