“Your staff is fast at printing and laminating several copies I need. They're friendly and patient with me when I didn't understand different file types. They advised me on how to get better quality prints by saving to PDF and they even made adjustments to my prints to help make them better”
“Exceptional customer service, especially from the owner. He went above and beyond to pack and ship a difficult and fragile set of packages for me and everything arrived in perfect condition. This is the only place I'll ship packages from because the quality and service are exceptional. They always find the best rate, and I love that they can compare USPS, UPS, and FEDEX prices/shipping times. The gift shop is so cute if you want to add some local flavor to your gifts or pick something up for yourself. I hate going to the regular post office, but I love the opportunity to ship packages from this shop. I've been a customer for years and I'll never use any place else.”

She had him stand on a chair so the white background would be behind his head and took several pictures. she was so patient with him and managed to take one despite him moving his head frequently.”

“First off, this review is for this store location, not the company overall. (The company overall would be 2-3 stars at best). I've had a number of experiences with this store, due to various things that bring up the need for shipping or office services. This includes quick photos for when I was applying for my CPA license, done easily and fast, printing out of various e-mails and items I needed to get into test centers, done easily and fast, a crazy shipment for my day job where we literally carted in over 100 laptops in the early stages of COVID-19....handled easily and fast, going in just tonight b/c I'm trying to get details on moving boxes I ordered shipped via FedEx and the website decides I don't exist anymore...once again, handled easily and fast. I've gotten nothing but great customer service here, time and time again. While I won't be able to use this store much in the near future (I'm moving way too far away for that to be possible)...I'd still recommend them for anybody in the area. Time and again customer service has been fast, friendly, and efficient.”

“I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”

“Went to pick up a printing order, which the sales clerks could not find. The two sales clerks behind the printing counter worked fervently to locate my order. I am SO grateful for their commitment to customer satiation and service as reprinting documents would have been a hassle (on my end.)It would have been so easy on their end, however, to just offer a refund and an apology. It was as if that simply was not an option for them…... It is SOO refreshing to experience hard work and loyalty to customers as opposed to the norm nowadays which is laziness and complacency.
