The seals for the box I purchased were not sticking so I asked “if She could add more tape?” Her response … “ in a rude tone was No! You’ll have to purchase more tape!”

“I've lived here 12 years and service has always been above and beyond. Today was an anomaly, so still 5 stars. Yvonne was terribly rude. A know-it-all who won't listen because she already knows what you want - except she doesn't. I got back in line behind about 8 people just to get away from her, and won't go to her station again, ever. I feel bad for the people who have to work with her, because when customers avoid her, it unfairly shifts more work to the people who aren't rude. She seems profoundly aware of what she's doing. What a mess.”
