Sheri took the time to explain how points work and gave us options so we felt we had a say in our total to closing costs versus interest rate, etc. She also explained the options, risks, and other key points we needed to be aware of. It took us longer than we anticipated to find the right home for us. When we finally found something we liked and our offer was accepted, Sheri did everything to get us to closing in 2 weeks! Appreciate her taking the time to walk us through our closing declaration step by step. Sheri was always available to talk via phone if we had questions and was also accessible via text. With prior lender/brokers it was a leave a voicemail hope to hear back before end of day, which was not the case here. “I’ve been a customer with RBFCU since 1988! Always superb Customer Service! When you deal with hundreds of different personalities in any kne given day, it’s a wonder to me that the employees always remain calm under pressure. The fact that you can take care of your business with kne person is both a blessing and a curse. Patience is the key when you’re waiting for your turn! Oftentimes the lack of proper planning on the Customer side who wants to served NOW! Not realizing that there are many people there who are being served properly and professionally so no mistakes are made. I’m sticking with RBFCU. I “let go” AIR FORCE FCU and First Mark FCU because I could not carry my Concealed Weapon into their facilities! Funny, they wanted me to trust them with ALL my money but didn’t trust me, a Law Abiding Citizen and Member to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights! Have a nice day!”

“I love, love, love the Helotes branch. Being new to Navy Federal Credit Union, setting up all the accounts can be overwhelming. NOT at this branch. :) Everyone is beyond helpful and they all have a smile on their face. Building a rapport with a bank was a big deal for me. Well everything is online and over the phone, it's still nice to be able to see an actual person. Today, I met Orlando. If you are looking for a personal banking advisor who will look for all your opinions, listen to what you are saying/needing then Orlando is your man.
