“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. I highly recommend to come to this store if you need a place to get your phone, tablet or computer fixed.”

“I ordered total of 4 iPhones but decided to go with just tow of those. The process of canceling the order and processing the new order is very time consuming. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. Trust me, not all managers or employees in sales has that attitude of helping the customer who is need.”

“I've been a cricket customer for years and my grandkids have gotten a hold of several phones and broke them. Every time I go into a store it seems the person either has an attitude or tries to constantly up sell me.This is the first time I went to this store and the customer service was above exceptional. Vanessa worked with me to find the phone with the exact features and not an overload. I'm not up to date on all the newest technology.Vanessa took the time to listen to me and from walking into the store she greeted me with a big smile and was both professional and personable. Vanessa is definitely an asset to your organization.”

“So I had an iPhone SE 2020 that had screen damage that left these lines on the screen and the right side of the phone unusable. I had this phone in my drawer for two year and decided to fix it to give to my sister. I came here because when I broke it originally I was going to get a price and they gave me one that is relatively cheap. Walking in this morning Eric was opening up the store and he was super chill. Told me if they had the parts or not and came back and said they could fix it today to my surprise. I had school today and I said is it cool if came and got it later and Eric said to my earliest convenience. He was super chill and it’s a super chill place in general. For screen damages I recommend this place 10/10 super cool people and did it same day nothing but good things to say. Preciate it Eric.”
“Overall, all the customer service people are great well, almost all of them. Let's get into phones and watch. Sales person seem to be impatient and lacking enthusiasm. We left with 2 phones and a watch, and then realized one of the phones. Never had it SIM card put in. So back to the store, we went in someone else fixed it because the other guy left.”
“The part was on back order after 3 days, so the manager checked around and found another one locally. So what started as fairly negative became excellent. I had also just gotten a new iPad and was having trouble transferring data from my old one, so when I went to get my phone I took them in and Timothy generously helped me. You have a customer for life!”
“Manager was awesome.Just wish I knew that unlimited data is not unlimited high speed data .And when you're finished with your high-speed data it gets throttled back so hard you can barely surf the Internet but the manager was a really good guy I just wasn't asking the right questions.I've been with team mobile for 16 years and I recently had the magenta max which had unlimited high speed data I think I might have to go back to T-Mobile”

“I walked to Metro by Mobile at the Gardendale Location. Valerie saw me as I walked in out of breath, she offered me a bottle of water & brought up a chair for me to rest. I''m a 73yr old senior citizen anxious to change out Sim cards in my cell. Valerie showed me what she was doing , she was very friendly & personable. She was gracious to waive the activation charge. She told me the reason my original Samsung probably didn't charge due to the fast charger box.Sure enough this wonderful lady was right. Two days later I returned to the store her associate assisted me within minutes this young lady switched out the Sim card again waiving the activation fee. Intelligent young personable ladies were at my service. I still need to pick up a fast charger however my cell chargers slowly but it chargers. These young ladies are very compassionate, friendly, their customer service is excellent.I strongly recommend Metro by TMobile on Gardendale. You will have a wonderful experience.”
