Went Monday night and Karen was yelling at her coworker in front of everyone she looked young and she was really nice to her back but Karen didn’t care she kept ripping her a new one she said racist remarks and was telling her that she didn’t do anything when clearly she was cleaning when I walked In and Karen was on her phone will not be returning I hope that girl quiets I’ll hire her at my store

Worste customer service she was rude and very obnoxious and disrespectful even i heard her say racist remarks to her the other person she was working with and the worker in talking about is Kilgore thats what her name tag said I just wanted gas but I will not return to this establishment

Awful customer service and always have broken gas pumps. Not to mention their bathrooms are always disgusting and that Karen lady is nothing but disrespectful to all of the customers.

Don't go here unless you want to be talked to like you're not a human being with feelings I was there the other day and the way Karen looked at me and talked to me and my family was wrong I will not be back to this gas station

Placed a pickup order and pre-paid. Arrived and was told the classic "system is down" line. Such a waste of time.

All methods of contactless payment are consistently Not set up to actually work. Contactless payment advertised at this location and others does not work. Apple Pay, google pay, tap to pay, etc.

By far my favorite gas station in Helotes. The employees are always so sweet to their customers and they make us feel right at home. Every day that I come in Lexi or Grace ask how my day was at work, it always makes me feel so good to be listened to. The store is super clean, and the pricing is fair. Love the energy from these employees and will be a lifetime customer as long as they are there.

Watch out this place may or may not be opened when you come( at least on the inside) the hours say 6am to 12am it is now 10:41 am an the inside is not open.
