“I took a Brietling watch to Lee Michael’s La Cantera store for battery replacement. Despite this being a small service item, I was met by Emily, and was treated as if I was the most important customer of the day. She was friendly, helpful, professional and arranged for the service. The watch was promised back in 3 to 5 days and it was repaired and ready in that time. At pick up, again staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. What a great feeling to go in for a small item in a high budget store and to be treated as if you were , buying the big items. I’ll be back.”

“Hi folk, I had the perfect experience at Corey’s Fine Jewelry today before they closed at 2:00pm. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name, but he exceeded my expectations. I read that (Forbes) the Dollar General, I believe, bought everything for $0.60 then, to buy food, like we all need, they sell everything for a 40% profit for $1. So folk I went in with my gold and silver (and I kept the certification papers and gave them to this gentleman (gold paper), and I made it to where he could make a 40% return so the man could buy some food! I got food money, he got food money, a delightful experience.”

“12 Jun 2023We nearly always come here for watch battery replacements and minor jewelry repairs. We have never made a major purchase. They stock and sell rings, necklaces and watches. Big on Citizen Eco. They can be depended on to replace watch batteries while you wait for a reasonable price in almost any watch. Once they were hesitant to replace the battery in one of my Tags, because the battery had to be ordered. I've had a gold necklace clasp changed to a lobster-style clasp. They did a nice job, not damaging the necklace. Give them a try.”
