“OMG! So, my "wife" and I were in desperate need for cheaper insurance (who isn't right now!!!). And Rogelio (such a great guy) was so helpful! He was looking up every insurance provider he works with, and even called places he DOESN'T!!! We ended up talking to a non-affiliate on the phone for like forever!!! Such a hilarious call too!! Unfortunately we couldn't find a better quote than the current company we are with. The best thing was he didn't encourage us to go with a new company, but instead gave us vital information to actually lower our current plan. Totally trustworthy group to work with! “Service was good and quick. Love the trip tik. It helped a little, but I think the mark on the map was confusing. Even with the GPS. And the map we were lost and out of the way by an hour,but with the maps help we got back on track. So hurrah for AAA! The map beat the GPS. Come to find out when we arrived at our location, the GPS got everyone lost in the city of Lubbock,Tx. Don't use GPS in Lubbock tx or Internet, doesn't work and always carry a map from AAA.”

“I was involved in an automobile accident with a USAA insured driver, & after reviewing the details, USAA determined I was not at fault & that they would be paying for my repairs. Nicole G. in the claims department was very helpful & communicative, made the process easy/streamlined, & walked me through USAA's various policies surrounding claims, repairs, etc. The claims portal was also simple to use & made it easy for me to upload documents relating to the accident. I had my vehicle repaired at one of USAA's STARS facilities, & they did a great job. The STARS warranty is also a nice addition for peace of mind. Overall, very happy with the service I received from USAA.”
