Beware this place if you are using a prepaid shipping label. I was charged additional shipping fees without my knowledge. Has never happened at any other store. I would recommend the Postal Annex by HEB instead.

My wife asked me to pick up a few things from Walmart after work and at first I was reluctant, I hate grocery shopping. However she ordered them online and all I had to do was park! I was quickly greeted by a young lady named Liza, since it was my first time doing this I had a few questions and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me despite being a bit busy. Her customer service was excellent and I was out of the parking lot in five minutes and on my way home! Will definitely be using this service again.

Saul and Adam are amazing! Super helpful, courteous, personable and always do a great job. I go to this location 1-2 times a week and get lots of printing done at this location too. Prices are reasonable and customer service is great!

I ordered something at Walmart.com and had it shipped to the store for the free shipping. It is not something that the local store stocks regularly and was only available online. I had to wait at the pickup desk about 15 minutes for someone to show up. It is near the door greeter and she was kind enough to look for someone to help me. She had to call for the associate that works at the pickup desk three times before someone finally showed up. After that, it went pretty smoothly. They should not offer local pickup if they don't have the people to man the desk. It is supposed to be a convenience, but it winds up being more of a hassle than it is worth.

I don't appreciate getting accosted by Direct TV salesmen multiple times while trying to get some shopping done. Seldom am I able to find everything on my list due to shelves not being stocked.
