Great small “do it yourself” hardware store for locals in the area! Getting help is quick but if you need service on equipment you may have to leave it for awhile! They are friendly and have most of your needs!!! Beats wasting time and gas going to the big box stores!!!

After them not being able to repair my mower and I am out of state for work John called me Very condescending to me and to accuse me of using them for storage. mind you I have Barns on 5 1/2 acres. I don’t need this place for storage. Told him I would be back in town on Sunday and to pick it up on Monday, he chose to not tell me they were closed on Monday. So I drove an hour to pick it up and the place is empty.

I have been using Elf for decades to keep my Stihl 011 running great . I recently had some issues with it stalling on me and not keeping an idle . I took it in to have them look at it and left a $20 deposit to look at it . The tech called me a couple days later and said all it needed was a carb adjustment and it’s running fine . They easily could have charged more and I would never know the difference. Integrity, honesty and technical expertise all wrapped into one nice package! This is rare these days and as always I appreciate the way they run their business! The chainsaw is over 30 years old … one pull start and purrs like a kitten! Thank you Elf Industries !!

This team is awesome. I was able to purchase a chainsaw and backpack blower from here along with extra blades and gasoline and I've even taken the boys back for sharpening, these guys are super professional easy to talk to you and know their products!
