Every time I go into a store it seems the person either has an attitude or tries to constantly up sell me.This is the first time I went to this store and the customer service was above exceptional. Vanessa worked with me to find the phone with the exact features and not an overload. I'm not up to date on all the newest technology.Vanessa took the time to listen to me and from walking into the store she greeted me with a big smile and was both professional and personable.
