“I was assisted by the lovely and professional Sabrina. I needed another two pairs of jeans and I didn't even know the names or style, just that I needed another pair because of how comfy they were. She got me squared away and supplied with some suggestions into other items I might like. I also purchased some Cologne with the help and opinion of Kenny who guided me towards a more all-around scented Cologne. Love buckle and their style. Shopped at one in Florida and here and the experience is positive no matter what state you're in.”

“My fiancé and I visited this boutique for the first time to purchase the ‘Meep Meep’ purse strap. We had an amazing experience from the second we walked in. Sydney is absolutely wonderful and was extremely helpful from the second we walked in. We will definitely be back to purchase more items and we hope to see Sydney again!”
“Overall my experience at the beginning was not a good one, I went to the fitting rooms to try on a couple of items and the lady there was extremely rude. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day, but she was rude and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Which I completely understand, but that is not an excuse to take it out on the customers. However, at checkout a girl named Mari was very nice and funny and made me feel much better about my trip to American Eagle. She has great customer service and all around seems like a great employee! If only the girl in the fitting room could’ve been as nice as her the review would definitely be a 5 star.”

“Great prices for good quality clothes. Some things are just better bought at sale price but most of the fabric is durable and they have a great variety of sizes. This location is never crowded and always organized. The employees are attentive and courteous. COVID 19 precautions like 6ft apart are being followed but I did not see anyone disinfecting or any hand sanitizer.”

They really went above and beyond. I drove an hour to get to this store and it was well worth the drive versus buying online”

“Head out of town guest from Jersey and they found things in this store that wasn't offered on the east Coast cashier even went above and beyond to find deals that were online and price match and have the item shipped to her home in Jersey this was excellent excellent customer service”
“They don't have a lot of variety for kid's clothing, seems very limited. Floors were a mess, and cashier was fast but not overly friendly, very mechanical in her presentation about getting the Old Navy credit card, and voided making eye contact, spent almost $300 and felt unvalued.”
“Really great atmosphere and the service was amazing! Truly never would’ve known it was their third day open when we went!The food was good, however, the chicken and mango salad felt like it was lacking a bit. Flavor was great but very small amount of toppings which was kind disappointing for the price point.”

“Stopped by to do some back to school shopping and the new staff is great they’re very welcoming and they’re very very helpful I had stopped coming to this location because previous staff was so rude, really bad side manners. Jonathan helped me out and was so professional. The store manager has always been super helpful and I am so happy for her new staff great job you guys! The store looks great despite all this back to school chaos ! Hang in there guys!!”
“Johnny was what? This women's clothing store isn't just for women, I guess. They have things that'd look good on anyone I suppose. What bed wouldn't be more inspirational with a fashionable Johnny Was bedspread?! Johnny Was has a lot of Asian inspired prints and embroidered kinds of stuff, with wild flowers, birds and various scenes on things like blouses and nightgowns. Their selection is all vibrant, colorful and different. The staff was helpful and attentive. We had some questions on things, and they offered candies while they helped us check out the inventory in a little booklet they had, which made things easier than hauling everything out one at a time. I can't attest to the prices here, since I don't regularly shop at these kinds of stores, so, meh. This shop is located within La Cantera. Parking can be a bit challenging, but it's next to Nordstroms.”
“I accompanied my mother to her appointment at this beautiful boutique. Even though she was using her insurance & needed a prescription this is unlike a regular pharmacy. The level of service was above & beyond our expectations! Erica was helpful & completely knowledgeable about not only the bras & prosthesis, but also what my mother was eligible to receive. She took time with us & nothing felt rushed. Erica knew by her extensive experience the styles that would properly fit & make my mother happy.My mother had not been here for almost 10 years & she didn’t realize by not wearing her prosthesis it was affecting her posture. We ended up taking longer at the appointment than I expected, but it was well worth the trip. Yes my mother had breast cancer & she may not have been as happy with her body as she was in the past, but this experience was eye opening for us. She walked out of the shop with a brand new bra, prosthesis & confidence. Not to mention she has 2 more bras in delightful colors on the way to her through the mail. This brightened her whole day & we will be back in 3 months so she will receive a few more bras. Ladies, if you or someone you know is a breast cancer survivor don’t hesitate to make your appointment! The styles are beautiful & the variety is extensive.”

I enjoy the style recommendations from the staff. They do an excellent job and are very friendly! I highly recommend shopping here! The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the clothes is fantastic! I always find a lot of great/unique items here! I wish I lived in Texas so I could shop here more!! When I visit my family in Texas this shop is always first on my list of places to go! I enjoy being able to buy items by phone from their Facebook page! This is one of my favorite places to shop!”
