I am a loyal customer to my hair dresser, but have noticed that the atmosphere of Truesdell has changed. First the colors of the walls and frosted doors look like a dated physicians office. The beautiful seating is gone. Yes, they have benches, but the benches look cheap. The lamps, tables and flowers are no longer present. My hairdresser is amazing! Please note this review is not about her, it is more about how this spa does not feel like a spa anymore. I loved walking in there before when it did look like a spa, and now it just looks like an outdated physicians office with zero color. Whomever came up with the idea of changing the color and frosting the awful doors, really needs to refund the owner. Because you made the atmosphere of a Spa look like an everyday hair salon.

TreusDell Salon & Spa what happen to the waiting area? What! a place to go too and stand and wait for your appointment and no waiting/sitting area! WHERE did the chairs go? It would be nice to have a person greet you and say "Please have a sit." Oops! sorry NO chair!

A vivid reminder why people tell you to ask a friend whose hair you LIKE, "who does your hair?" Never just walk in & spend this kind of money with someone who talks wayyy more than she listens while cutting your hair. I told Nazi (that's not a typo. That's her name) I didn't want a lot of short layers around the bottom. She spun me around in that chair and started hacking away while she carried on about herself and her childhood and her past work history... Now, I get to live with a bad haircut for several months before I dare trust another stylist with it.

Jess in suite 402 was so amazing and professional through the whole microblading process. She made sure i was comfortable, while being patient and having my best interest at heart. I am very pleased with the results and I have confidence in her abilities and skills, to return to her again and again! I recommend 100%!

Dye hair suite 104 is the place to get what you are looking for done! Ask for Stephanie!! I was am so happy with my results. It's so hard to find a good hair stylists who listens.. Stephanie was all that!!

After several years of looking for a hairdresser, I read a positive review about this salon. The receptionist was very pleasant & did not laugh when I inquired about a haircut “TODAY”. With a smile she reviewed her schedule, made a quick call & located an appointment within a 2 hour window. Amy Reyes was wonderful & so accommodating & reasonable. I will truly go back!!! If I could leave a zero I would. I have been trying since November to be seen by a person here to do my nails in suite 400. I was given a Groupon and it expires soon. Finally after months of waiting I get in. I had to take an Uber and was late 15 minutes. I go inside and she tells me she has an appointment at 11. I went in at 10:15, she told me she won't be able to do everything and only a polish change. The Groupon offered more. I was okay without getting lotion all I needed was a scrub and a polish change she couldn't do that. She told me if only I had gotten there 5 minutes before putting the blame on me. I am sorry I waited 5 months and you could not wait merely 15 minutes. Now I have to Uber back and apparently come another day will I no I wont. I have never felt so small before. The lady was rude and putting it on me. I feel as if I was being dismissed because I was issuing a Groupon and the other customer is paying. I am a teacher so the 20$ on the Groupon was helping a lot.

I have found my hair salon for life! I live in California and visit my parents at least twice a year and this is the place I will be coming to get a fabulous cut! Toni came in on her day off to cut my sister, my niece and myself. She has extensive hair knowledge and gave us wonderful advice. She is so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I love it! I will be back in 6 months!Services: Haircut

Let me start by saying the two technicians I saw were amazing and accommodating, but the actual building is a mess. I have been to this establishment twice in the last two weeks. The first time I had a facial and the therapist warned me that "painting" would be occurring during my appointment. What I was not expecting was to be on the precipice of sleep and be jarred awake by knocking on the door, twice. The women's bathroom was completely covered in plastic except for one stall that didn't even have a lock and smelled of old urine. The therapist discounted the services and was very apologetic and referred me to a waxer in the same building. I came back and the floor was completely covered in slippery dust, paint sticks were all over the ground, along with dropcloths and it was 10 times louder than the first time I came. I don't know why anyone would want to receive services in a noisy environment. From a safety standpoint if you have any issues with mobility I wouldn't recommend walking through the halls or bathrooms. Do better!Services: Eyebrow beautification
