I felt compelled to write this post because it’s needed. I usually visit the AutoZone at 12733 Bandera Road, Helotes, TX, and I have to say, the customer service here is consistently outstanding! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy when it comes to all my vehicle needs.
Recently, I purchased a battery, and Mr. Jeremiah went above and beyond by helping me install it in my GMC Acadia. The only issue I noticed is that the store lacks an overhang, which means employees and customers are exposed to the scorching Texas heat during installations and other outdoor services.
AutoZone, please consider installing an overhang at this location to provide some much-needed relief for your hardworking employees and customers. I hope this review helps bring attention to this issue and that something can be done to improve the experience for everyone.

I asked for help with terminals and a guy said there they are. I asked if he can help me pick the one that fits and he could not even come to my car and see. Very poor customer service. They lost my service for good. Go to Advanced Auto parts.

I’ve always had the best experience at this location! Jeremiah was so kind about helping my mom replace her battery when she went by. Most of the workers are always happy to help everyone. It just goes to show that when you give respect you get respect back in hundredfolds. ?

I’m grateful to Jesse for diagnosing and replacing my car battery. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she’s also excellent at customer service. She was so pleasant to talk to while she efficiently changed out the battery, and she taught me a few things too! Jesse went above and beyond, and I would recommend this AutoZone location to everyone.

This place NEVER OPENS on time! Managers roll in whenever they feel like it in the mornings. Numerous times I have showed up before 730am and been waiting to at least 745- 750am. This is ridiculous. Employees setting in there cars waiting for management. This store needs an overhaul.

The staff here are so nice and ready to help out in way that they are allowed. Which is a lot more than some of the competition has to offer. I had a battery replaced here recently and the worker was amazing.

Jess short female just want y’all to know she is awesome knows her job so well so nice so patient and she needs more help. It was her and two other new guys so she has to stop and help everyone and answer the phone she was amazingly helpful. Thank you Jess.

The lady who hired in the store is very rude. I tried to ask a question, she went cutting me off by telling me to go and be back to my line. All I did was to leave the store I like and make another store make some money.I advise Auto Zine to hire good ppl only.
