They reuse and rewash the equipment and disposable pedicure sandals that are normally supposed to be thrown away. They are literally drying outside the back door in a mop bucket!!!! This will transfer nail fungus to feet and hands!!

I have been coming to Abby for many years. She always takes good care of me! I was going to a baby shower and told her what I wanted. She made my nails so beautiful! Guy does my pedicure every time I come in. He is the best!

Guy does an exceptional pedicure. I used to have a problem with an ingrown toe nail but no more thanks to Guy. Very clean and professional. I Highly recommend Guy!

Abby and Eden are so talented. Eden does a wonderful earth pedicure and massage. Abby creates beautiful, natural nails for me every 2 weeks. Guy is a skilled pedicure tech that my husband really trusts. After moving from New Braunfels recently we are so pleased to have found a new nail shop that has definitely earned our business! We highly recommend Ann's Nails in Helotes.

I have been coming here since they opened and have always had a wonderful experience from nails to eyebrows. Guy is my go to tech as he gives the BEST massages and gets me ready for the work week! He takes his time and even recommends homeopathic remedies when I’ve asked and has helped. Thanks Guy!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Went there on Mother’s Day with my mom grandmother and sister, I wanting to get my toes done but when I tell you I looked down a saw a roach I freaked out then I pulled the towel off where they want you to place your feet and there were even MORE ROACHES in the pedicure chair.
NEVER EVER GOING BACK AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!!!!!

My husband and I went to get our mani/pedis at Ann’s after reading the reviews.
I’ll start with the positive: my mani/pedi was great. It was unfortunate that I didn’t catch the ladies name.
Unfortunately my husband got a man named Guy, and he didn’t have a great experience. The man made my husband bleed and didn’t even cut his nails correctly. It looked so bad. He also spent the entire time talking to my husband about how he can cure cancer. The lady finished with my nails way before my husband but it was only because of Guy talking his ear off.
When my husband went back in to let them know he was cut at least 3 times, nobody seemed to care. It’s so sad because we have been in the hunt to find our go to nail salon. Save your money please and go somewhere else.

I drive from Boerne because Abbie is the BEST! I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. Guy and Aiden both give a fabulous, relaxing pedis too!
