“My girls have seen pretty much every doctor there for one urgency or another (though mostly Drs. Clemons and Cohen). One of them even actually enjoys getting to see her doctor. They’re all warm and caring and spend enough time to make you comfortable with what they’re recommending. I’m very happy with them and plan to keep on using them.”
“My precious boy Hershey passed away Monday evening, 3/18/24 at the age of 17 years old. I had for years already prepared to have him cremated at Pet Memories. I brought him in the next morning and I was able to get him cremated right away. Hershey passed away in my arms that night, and by early afternoon, he was home with me. The staff is great and caring. They will always be my first choice for pet cremation.”

“I can’t recommend Dr. Wawak enough! She did an exceptional job with my dog, Oliver, during his neuter surgery. Oliver is usually not very friendly with new people, but he was immediately comfortable with her. The surgery went perfectly, and his recovery was even better. Dr. Wawak took the time to explain everything we needed to do for his aftercare and even followed up with us to check on his progress. His stitches healed flawlessly, and we had no issues at all.
One thing that really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She offered me the option to schedule Oliver’s surgery on a low-cost day and worked with my budget, which made it clear she was more focused on helping us. Having had other dogs neutered in the past, this was by far the least stressful experience for both us and Oliver.
I drive an hour to her clinic because Oliver adores her, and I trust her completely. She’s truly one of the best!”

“Our Alpha male Ilya was under the weather for a while, not eating well, barfing now and then, hissing and growling us, and scuffling with his siblings. Today, I took him to see Dr. Brent Brewer at Stone Creek - he meowed and snarled all the way out there. After Dr. Brewer and I talked about his symptoms, and he gave him a thorough exam, he diagnosed him with a urinary tract infection and gave him an antibiotic shot with a two-week activity span. Ilya calmed down within a few minutes, was quiet on the way home, ate better later on this evening, and is now sprawled out on the living room coffee table with his eyes closed, completely relaxed.Wow - just wow. God bless the folks at Stone Creek for their continued excellence in caring for our four furbabies.”
“Two of our dogs got into it and one had a deep puncture wound. I called our vet and they were unable to see him. I called this place and the lady on the phone was so nice and said just come in, we will work you in. I was so surprised. They got us back quickly and knew exactly what to do for him. We were in and out super fast, and all staff were super kind!! Our dog is all healed up now and looks great! Thank y'all so much!!”

“great experience, i had to take my cat for an emergency vet visit and no one had an appointment available that day and i came up with this climic, i went and when they figured out that he was blocked and i couldn’t afford to go to the er they gave me different options and helped me get my baby well with the money i had, im so thankful to the lady that treated horchi, they had to take him overnight and she made sure to update me on how he was doing throughout the whole process i forgot to ask for her name but im so grateful to her for helping us?? i will only be taking horchi here from now on”
“I struggled looking for a local exotics vet and decided to take my African Grey parrot to Dallas County Veterinary Hospital. The office staff were very friendly and organized. The vet tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Shurtleff is very knowledeable and thorough in history taking and of avian medicine. He took the time to explain things thoroughly. They gave helpful educational handouts and customized instructions for the treatment plan. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful at drawing the lab work as my parrot was uncooperative! The bill was extremely reasonable. Plan on moving the care of my fur babies to this clinic. Very pleased.”
“We recently had to put our dog down. We moved out to Heath a couple of years ago, and making the drive to Rowlett was a little daunting. With that being said, the service we received when putting our dog down at Premier Vet was 10/10. First off, after calling 4-5 different places, no one would take us in last minute on a Saturday. Premier Vet knew our urgency as I was clearly upset and made it a point to get us in immediately, even though they had ZERO openings. The staff was the most caring staff ever. When we got there, they had a spot set up for my dog with blankets, etc. The doctor did an amazing job dealing with not only my pet but me as well. I have taken my other two dogs here for a couple of years but recently stopped due to the drive. That will no longer be the case. Premier Vet will be the only place I will ever take my dogs from here on out. They are amazing, and I honestly can't say enough about them. I've been to a handful of vets, and you will not beat the staff, the doctors, or the care at Premier Vet. I HIGHLY recommend them. They also sent a letter in the mail giving their condolences after we put our pup down. Good job, Premier Vet! Way to set the highest standard you can. Well done!”

“Excellent if you really love your four-legged family member!!! My dog's ear was bleeding. He had an ear infection. I called Petmobile Pet Hospital, where I would normally take my dog, Dakota. They coldly just said no. I called Club Hill. The person who answered the phone was very understanding. She asked me to hold while she spoke to the Vet. They moved an appointment around and were able to fit Dakota into their busy schedule the same day. Petmobile might beat others on price, but I prefer quality and service over price when it comes to my dog. Thank you, Club Hill. We have a new Vet for Dakota.”
“The staff was very kind and helpful but misdiagnosed my dog. I was told she had a cruciate ligament rupture and would possibly need surgery for ACL. I took my dog to an animal hospital today and they did an x-ray and said the ACL was perfectly fine and they did surgery to repair the patella. The weighing station at Banfield was pretty gross to put my dog on. It does not appear to be cleaned daily to prevent the spread of diseases between dogs.”
“When I first come through the door, I am greeted, by name and so is my pet. I have everyone’s attention while discussing my pet. Every staff member demonstrates a sincere affection for me and my pet. The care from every member is over the top. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure that every possibility is discuss and concerns are covered. I wouldn’t take my pet to anywhere else.”
“Dr. Smith and her staff are so wonderful and show their compassion. My female dog was not herself and as a mother, I was extremely worried. I called Banfield and they could not get her in for another 3 days, so I called VCA, they had me come in the next morning at 8 am. My little girl didn't want to go in (she doesn't like any vet) and she was being very stubborn in the parking lot. A staff member saw me struggling with her and came out and helped. It was a lot for two women trying to get a 66 lb. stubborn Australian Shepherd inside, but we did it :). She was awesome. I can't thank Dr. Smith and her staff enough. I've never felt so good and secure with my dog. Not to mention how much by little girl felt love and compassion from everyone. Went above and beyond. I couldn't be any more comfortable, happy and loved! Thank all of you! I have already sent out messages to all my friends that VCA Ridge Road in Rockwall is the place to go!!!”

“I really like this place. This place is old school care, you get what your pet needs and skip the pushy sales pitch that the veterinary practitioners push. This place has helped us improve several things with our two dogs health, all while we are actually using less products and medicines than our prior vet said we needed. This guy is really smart.
