Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!

My 84 yr old mother brought a heavy box to be shipped. A very nice young man came out to her car and carried the box in for her. He even held the door open for her even though his hands were full. This type of service is few and far between these days. Thank you UPS store Heath for making an old lady’s experience painless. We will only use this store for all of our shipping needs. Keep up the wonderful customer service!!!!!
