“It was pouring down rain today and I was distracted, but it was the first time I walked into a UPS store and there was no line! I needed to adjust the drop off location for some Amazon returns and I couldn’t think straight. I asked the associate at the front if I could change it and he kinda gave me a non answer. No hate, he wasn’t rude or anything. Then Davis spoke up from the back and said he could help me. I literally handed him my phone and he walked me through how to change it and made the returns. It was definitely above and beyond customer service expectations. Super nice guy and very helpful. Thanks Davis.”

“The location of this office makes it incredibly convenient as it’s located inside of the local Walmart here in Forney. The staff is extremely helpful with a welcoming vibe! Sometimes the wait time is none, and some days it may take quite a while, but that’s really because it’s inside of a busy Walmart. There’s a brown or blonde haired lady that usually greets me when I walk in specifically on a Friday, not sure of her name, but she’s really friendly and fitting with the rest of the wonderful staff.I think if anyone has had a bad experience with any one of the store associates, maybe it’s been a long day for them and you never know what the associate had to deal with before you walked in. It’s different if they’re just plain rude but I believe it’s best to assume they’ve just had a long day most of the time. We are all human beings.”

My daughter says she won't go to the one in Plano, TX because they are so slow. I won't go anywhere other than our UPS store. Keep up the good service.”

Printing through FedEx was something that I was originally hesitant to do but after the first time, Austin helped me to understand all of the various options & exactly how they could suit my individual printing needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable and his customer service skills are top-tier!
