I have been fighting with their billing department for 9 months. The receptionist will take your copay, but then not have any insurance on file even after giving her copies of your insurance card.Then the offsite billing department is the WORST. I have talked with them 10 times in the last 9 months, each time they tell me they have to resubmit the claim. Even today my insurance is telling me they haven’t even received a claim for my service. Then healthcare associates will say your insurance wasn’t active, even though the lab tests have been processed through insurance for that same date. Basically billing makes you FIGHT hard to even get them to process claims in hopes that you just pay them instead of getting them to correctly process your insurance.These doctors were great before partnering with HCA, but now I will never be back considering care and billing has completely changed. I barely got to see the doctor for 10 minutes after a 2 hour wait, and was scolded for talking about 2 different issues in the same appointment, even after scheduling the appointment for both things to be discussed. This is no longer a true family care facility anymore, and unfortunately more similar to a hospital or ER with how their billing and treatment is approached.

I was very nervous with meeting a new doctor and also getting my blood taken(I’m a baby when it comes to that) and the entire staff made sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Maul made me feel at home!

Dr. MAUL is my primary care physician for many years and never had disappointed me in nothing.His consultation is very well done and he has compassion for his patients.I never saw him in a worry hem treating his patients.His crew also are very dedicated and very polite with patients.I recommend Dr. MAUL to anyone.

Dr. Andersen listens and collaborates with you to identify options that are tailored to your unique situation. He has a warm personality, and genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. He's one of those special doctors who thinks about how to address a concern even when you aren't sitting right there, and works proactively on next steps. I'm glad we found him!

Dr Andersen, Robertand his admin. staff were professional and pleasant. I really appreciated his communication skills and candour and broad base medical knowledge. He was respectful and listened and he is just so smart! I am so lucky to have him as my new PC. I have been looking for such a long time. Impressed and grateful!

I absolutely LOVE, Love, love Britney. She is attentive, patient, respectful, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. Britney will take time to really listen, she answers questions and will explain whatever the patient doesn't understand. She is genuinely kind, truly caring and compassionate . All of this said, just know, I am a retired ICU RN (43 yrs) and am very discerning when it comes to my healthcare provider. Britney is Amazing...One of a kind. A rare complete package rolled into 1 in her profession. This medical group is very blessed to have her.And so am I !!!!!
