We went to the Heath, location. The woman named Linda was very rough and rude with my son. She didn’t listen to what he asked for and did not do a very good job I had to take him to another person to get his hair fixed. He paid with his own money and she gave him a bad experience.

As a male who (previously) had hair on the longer side I hated my experience here. They took off double, probably closer to triple what I asked them to, leaving me with no volume and no hair shape. Would absolutely recommend finding anywhere else to go!

Stylist: I came with my two boys, and sat with different hair cutters they lasted less than 10 minutes. Their cuts didn't even have proper trims/lines. Straight we went home and I had to touch up their hair trims/lines again. I do a better job than those ladies.

Went in for a beard trim and asked for no length to be taken off. Just cleaner lines. She rounded out what was once a square line and then cut over half of the length off. I would avoid this place like the plague.
