Staff is never in the office. I've had billing issues with my son's membership for months. He and I have stopped by the facility on six different occassions since we moved. No one who is on premise is versed enough to assist and the manager is NEVER onsite. Oh, facility is run down and dirty as well.

It’s been months trying to cancel and no response. Absolutely terrible gym. This place doesn’t respond to emails. Getting charged $66 a month while trying to cancel is horrible.

Gyms are becoming unaffordable best to just invest a couple thousand into starting a home gym if you have adequate space.
