Socoming back from Dallas my car broke down in hearne TX . My husband pulled over ff of market st literally 6 min away from this auto shop. I have 4 children with me. My husband called the shop at 12:30 and the front desk girl answered the phone and advised him it was lunch time and so there wasn’t much she can do at the moment. He asked when was lunch was over and she didn’t answer his question, so he continued on and gave her a summary of what’s going on with our vehicle and asked if he paid for they’re services obviously when lunch is over, would a tow truck come and pick it up, she said no, THAT THEY ARE NOT THE GUYS TO HELP US OUT! And then he asked well can you point us to the right direction SHE ALSO SAID NO, completely rude I get your on lunch but you didn’t have to shut us out like that

I have always had a positive experience with Rachui's. I have 3 vehicles that have over 200,000 miles each and Rachui's keeps them running in tip top shape. Joyce is always pleasant, too.Oh! I forgot, we also have them fill our propane tanks. They are fast and reliable.Services: Carburetor cleaning

Great place. Went in for car safety inspection. It was super fast. Staff was quick to aknowledge me and take care of me. Would strongly recommend this place.

Love this place! They are always so helpful and friendly! Some of the best prices and honest! Front desk gal, Joyce, is on her game! I’ve constantly harassed her today with different questions and she writes it down, gets me quotes, and calls back quickly! By the time the day was over we have chatted about 5 different times (with me asking for more services) and our first request was already completed ahead of time (thinking it would be done tomorrow). We’ve taken our vehicles here and numerous times and always have great service! Thank you!

I went here to get propane tanks refilled. The guy didn't say much and acted like I was a nuisance. Don't offer propane tank refills if you're too busy to service customers. It's not rocket science. Also, this place looks like it's seen better days. I wouldn't take my car here for anything. lol

Had a gas leak from the top of my car put gas in it after they fixed it leaked even more gas and did not get quite a few things back from my car.
