Very clean rooms.
Nice staff

Good breakfast. (Pancake machine takes long to make tiny funny pancakes)
Elevator doesn't work going down you have to call the front desk so they send it down.
It is very hot where the stairs are.
Pool was dirty. No one was in there while we stay in the hotel. The kids were excited to get in the pool, but we didn't let them. It was disappointing.
Coffee maker in the room was not working.
Clothing iron was dripping water.
Other than all that we have a good stay.

I'll start with what I loved the most: BACON. Perfectly cooked, plentiful, all-you-can-eat BACON. It was part of the included breakfast, and went perfectly with another breakfast item that used to amuse me but now I just eat and enjoy: biscuits and gravy. Now that I think about it, the scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, too. So even though the room wasn't perfect (bolt that toilet seat down firmly!), I'm giving 5 stars for a breakfast that I really enjoyed. This hotel is close enough to Texas A&M to make it a good option for those times when you don't want to (over)pay for a room in College Station.

The front desk manager, Kim, was so patient, kind, and understanding. She helped me and my family this past weekend, and I appreciate her. God bless her! Holiday Inn is lucky to have her.

This location seems outdated and you can tell they tried doing updates but did it on a budget. However, my room was clean.

Hot water went out during my stay. They got me into a new room quickly. The only thing I have a big issue with is that I find my late check out necessary most days. They don't honor the rewards program check out time. And everything on the 2nd floor was out of service, Ice, washer and dryer. Otherwise it is not a bad place to stay.

Had to check-in due to automotive emergency, Kimberly at the front desk was amazing, helpful and made the situation so much more manageable! Great room and walking distance to Mexican food restaurant! Bonus!

My family and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at this location. The breakfast was amazing and Mrs. Esmeralda made sure all our needs were met. Housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were at tip top shape. The manager of housekeeping that worked Thursday morning Aug 3, 2023 was very caring and understanding in taking care of us.
