I had a bad experience; I wouldn’t have said anything but y’all keep sending me review requests. Due to a miscommunication between Dougie’s automotive and Corn’s Collision, my car sat for 6 days longer than it should of just to find out that they could not fix it because they “didn’t see it was a hybrid at first.” Geico towed my car to Dougie’s and Corn’s towed it into their storage without contacting me. I tried to contact Dougie’s for 5 days before we finally got a hold of them. 9 days later, I get texted that my car is at Corns Collision (it has been there 11 days.) When I talked to Corns they charged me $1200 to get the car back because of “storage fees.” Neither Dougie or Corns offered to work with me given the situation, and it’s important to note that Corn’s owns BOTH lots and chose to put it on Corn’s side. Corns said that Dougie’s never told them the owner had made contact. No one was willing to work with me, so I ended up having to pay to get the car out, pay to get it towed again, and then ultimately pay for a new car since it was toast. Mind you I am a 23 year old who just spent all her money on the wedding we had a week prior- I’m definitely not rich. No one was willing to give a little slack for a poor situation of miscommunication. The world doesn’t owe me anything, but I am disappointed the situation wasn’t viewed with a little good faith. It’s not technically illegal, but it sure did not feel ethical. I’m sure both businesses are normally good at what they do but this was just a super upsetting experience.

Corn's Collision was so easy to work with. They took care of the insurance claim and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Our truck was fixed quickly and it looked amazing when we got it back. Chevy, Brandon, and Debbie were all great! I would (and have) recommend them to people I know.Service: Body & Trim
