Great service
My car was damaged while at dealership parking lot awaiting to be repaired.
I took my vehicle to Allen Samuels in January. It took them 2 months to repair it. While it was there, it was damaged while in their parking lot. When I dropped it off, I was inquiring about trading it in for a new car so Lee, the GM took pics of all 4 sides of it to send to other ppl wanting a Malibu. When I went to the dealership after 2 weeks, I noticed the damage to the rear quarter panel. I told them about it. I also have a dash cam, which they had disconnected from my vehicle. I found out that Lee, the GM no longer worked there. He got fired they stated. They stated they couldn’t get the pics he took or the video of when I brought my car in. Forest informed me (when I picked up my car after almost 2 months) that the transmission fluid needed flushed. It did not. It was bad gas that I had gotten. I had just had a transmission flush 2 months prior to that. He misdiagnosed my vehicle and stated that I refused the transmission flush. I have records that my fluids were good (from a different facility). I have always used them in the past and purchased my vehicles from them but never again. Also back in November 2023 I needed service and they stated they are short handed and couldn’t get to my car for a few months. I have now obtained an attorney and reported them to Attorney General consumer protection, and also to dept of licensing and regulation and to DMV.

Great experience from start to finish. After being beat down a few days prior by a large Dallas dealership, Robert(the GM) met us at every request we had from agreeing to our price all the way to delivering the truck to the end of our driveway at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend Allen Samuels after the experience we just had.

Service of vehicle was great but top of vehicle was hosed down and left wet. A complete wash of the vehicle would have been better since a wash was ruined

This review is for the service department. I had the pleasure of working with Forrest in repairing my clutch, pilot bearing and slave cylinder on my 2020 Camaro. Although there were some complications due to the modified exhaust he went the extra mile to help me out. Really appreciate it!
